Help with a foundation inspection

All knowing board. I am looking at a property in Hershey that has some cracks in the concrete/brick work and I would like to hire an engineer that knows foundations. I've tried the typical "home inspection" guys in the area but they are not really qualified. Anyone know a structural engineer with experience?

Only suggestion I would make is talk to the Municipal Engineer from the town, and ask them for a list of engineers they work with. Some Muni Engineers work directly for the town, and some are with other firms that are hired by the town, and probably cannot officially "recommend", but they all know each other and know who specializes In certain disciplines, including structural analysis.
