It's big but no matter how it turns out, both these teams will be battling in late September. Even if the Pirates got swept, they would find a way to close the gap. Stating the obvious, this is a very good team.
Can't give up on Palanco as some here are doing earlier this season. He's only been in the league for a year. So much ability. Got to give him a chance. He's a five tool guy. He could be very, very good.
