Coquese signed an extension last March, but we don't know what the buyout terms are. Those terms will have a lot to do, I suspect, with whether she'll be the Lady Lion coach next year, unless, of course, the Lady Lions can climb back to .500 by season's end. If that happens, she'll almost certainly be back.

Contracts and extensions mean absolutely nothing. They key part is the buyout. Coaches leave or get fired quite often even with a contract or extension.
