How has the OAG of PA not stepped into this situation? You effectively have accusations of attempted insurance fraud, misuse & misappropriation of University funds of a NPO that falls under the auspice, jurisdiction & authority of the PA OAG (a State Founded and Funded University via use of PA's portion of the proceeds of Federal Land Grants in the Morrill Land-Grant Act of 1862), etc.... But the OAG, the State of PA and its hopelessly corrupt politicians have sat by and said nothing while the fire rages and the damage expands to the great detriment of the BENEFICIAL OWNERS -- ditto the Hershey Trust & School another deep pocketed NPO being raped & pilaged by corrupt politicians and feckless legally accountable "Fiduciaries" and "Trustees". Pennsylvania is a rudderless ship with the fatest foxes running the hen-house - the silence coming out of Harrisburg and their "And Nero Sat While Rome Burned" routine is disgraceful and reprehensible.

Yes, but that was a completely different administration. Wolf's silence, and other top politicians especially from the Center County region like Yudichak or Corman, is baffling. He certainly appears to be a pretty desperate man. He doesn't have a personal vendetta against Paterno like Surma. So - he must be pushing this false narrative because he has something to hide, and that something has to do with TSM.
So - he could have been participating in the same activity as Jerry. That stuff at his summer camp was certainly peculiar.
Or - he used TSM to launder money. That would certainly be a motive to keep the shredders running 24/7 back in 2011.
Either way, this is a guy who just can't seem to leave the Penn State BoT alone and has a real NEED to control this narrative and keep all the media focus on Penn State and the football program. Guy apparently had TONS of politicians in his pocket.
So - will anybody be surprised if it turns out that Ira was behind this all to cover up some serious misdeeds on his own? Or if this goes beyond Ira to include some of his political and business friends?
