Then there was the big kick in the nuts from Freeh himself blasting everyone after the Spanier verdict. It was disturbing in itself and completely self serving. Lubert chose to respond by protecting Barron, not Penn State as a whole. I'll give the BOT credit in that they've been consistent in not standing up for US from the beginning right up to this day. What are they afraid of?
