Don't get this. The path was there and the staff spit the bit for the second straight week. Something tells me osu fans aren't going at least psu lost.

I'm pissed off, don't get me wrong. I am just glad I won't have to watch Ohio State represent the Big Ten in the CFP this season if it can't be us. Ohio State wouldn't care if we lost today had they won, because they already beat us.

Wisconsin fans (and team) should've been rightly pissed that their team was so poorly ranked even while undefeated. Their team came out and took care of business against Indiana. Wisconsin may go undefeated and get left out of the playoff conversation. Hope Barry Alvarez knocks some heads around if that's the case.

...the coaches did not drop the 4th down pass when we could have gotten at least a field goal nor did they rough the passer at the end to give MSU an easy game-winning kick...
...it just happens...get over it... the kids didn't go out to lose ...

They have played nobody, they struggled vs Indiana today.. If they played a real opponent they get run out of the stadium.

They are setting themselves up for a Ohio State type beat down in the CFP.

A Big team ain't going especially if it's Ohio State with 2 losses and Big championship. Wisky with one loss ain't going either if they lose Big title game.

Maybe they should schedule some decent teams out of conference then. Their in conference schedule is easy enough every single year.

It's 93-99 all over again, minus 94.

One loss and we go into a shell.

I don't think we have anybody with a pulse left on the schedule, but I feel like I was sold a lie. We are not a great team.

You mean like Alabama (15) LSU (14,16) Notre Dame (20,21) VaTech (24,25) WSU (22,23) UCLA (29,30) USF (19) Cuse (20,21) and BYU (17,18)?

They just had terrible luck that BYU is having one of the worst seasons in program history. 19 years out of 20 a win at Provo is a solid victory. Their schedule isn't nearly as bad as E$PN likes to make it out to be. Iowa, Mich, NW, @Neb, @min, and likely CUSA champs FAU are all solid to good Bowl teams. There may not be a top 10 team on there until the title game but there are enough decent teams there to make an undefeated season meaningful.

Who sold you a lie? Who exactly said PSU was a GREAT team? Was it those voices in your head again??

They have upgraded their OOC schedule a bit, but BYU sucks this year. Even with one moderately tough OOC schedule, Wisconsin will likely still go 10-2 or 11-1 at worst. They are given a free pass to the B10 championship every year. Certainly if Wisconsin played in the east they would not have anywhere close to an undefeated record now.

Have played no one serious look at the schedule needs done at wiscy.

I'm just rooting for the Canes this week, i don't want ND with their non conference championship game to pass any conference, be it Wisky, OK, or anyone else. The two SEC teams are obvious and getting old , you lose your out.

Minnesota and nebraska are not even remotely close to "solid to good"

Boy, that lineup would suck. Three Power 5 Conferences with no representation at all???? Basically ACC vs SEC? Who outside of The Southeast would waste their time on that garbage?

LSU vs Alabama was one of the worst viewed Championship games ever. Only one I never wasted my time to watch. And based on how LSU had already beaten them and were only playing to avoid injury (draft status), I'm glad I didn't.

Wisconsin favored by 13 at home against Iowa this weekend. This is the game Iowa has to win. After last weekend, who knows ?

Notre Dame at Miami will be an interesting match up this weekend but right now the Irish seem to putting it all together.

Their are not many great teams out their......Maybe Bama.....We lost 2 road games in the BIG by a total of 4 points for crying out loud! I know its tough and it sucks, but tOSU just got embarrassed by 30+ points to a team we beat! I hate excuses, but facts are facts and losing Bates and Bucholze proved very big in the end. We will be fine moving forward as our coach is a classy guy and is doing things the PSU way, which I love, and bringing in top recruiting classes will keep the Lions in the conversation every year.

I’ve been screaming for conference championships to mean something in terms of the playoffs, so while I dislike the b1g intensely, since it’s one of the top 2-3 conferences, I’d be hypocritical to think it’s champion shouldn’t get in.

Then again, we got screwed last year by the committee’s arbitrary rules, so if championships haven’t mattered in the past, they shouldn’t matter now. That said, I do think our conference will be left out, and probably deservedly so. Wisky should lose at least once, and who else has the resume?
