Record high temps all week. It is a night game but at 6:30 PM CT then sun will still be up and temps near 90 so expect 80's in 1st half and mid 70's in 2nd half. Sounds like an SEC forecast.

So do we care? Does it favor us or them? Or does it not matter?

More like 80 and trending down to 75

Accuweather is saying mid 80's at kickoff, and then down to 70's by halftime. About what it might be like playing South Carolina or some place like that. If you want to be in the CFP, you need depth to win these sorts of games. That goes for both us, and the Hawkeyes. Note: We have a bit more depth, although Iowa can run two-deep. They'll need to spell Wadley though, who will be playing on a bad ankle, and they'll need to do it with either their true freshman, or the other kid. Both of those kids are good running backs, but they are not Wadley.

The high temperature favors iowa. Their female fans will be scantily clad, which will scare the crap out of Penn State. iowa players are used to it.

(NOT. FLAG. . )

Good thing its a night game or it would be an issue. The sun beating down would have been brutal. But as a night game it should have little consequences.

A day game would have been fine. We would have been wearing white. They would have been wearing black. :)

Bring the air coolers and misters! We didn't bring heaters in 08, so yes, be diligent fellas!
