Tickets (2) to the Michigan game ( ). Need advice on how to proceed on getting tickets to the game. Some options as I see them are:

1) Buy now from what's available from the school
2) Check with friends and board members as to who may have some available - this may not happen until early November
3) Check the ticket tab under football (above) not sure what is a good price or not
4) Scalpers at the game (not sure I want to be there with out tickets in my hands)

Ok - open for advice

some other things -

What side of the stadium do I want to be on if given a choice?
How do you do a white out with winter coats on - buy XXL white t-shirts?

Thank in advance!

Your best place for tickets is probably another poster on this board or the various PSU ticket exchanges. This boards exchange gets shopped pretty heavily so you should also frequently check the exchanges associated with the area chapters of the PSUAA. I've had really good luck with the PSU Harrisburg chapter ticket exchange.

As for the white out, the XXXL long sleeve t shirt over winter jacket works well

Good luck.

What side of the stadium if I have a choice?

Is student section in an end zone? Which one?

Found 2 tickets section ED, Row R total $396.00 40 yard line.

Good deal??????? Pass???????

Fac, there is this thing called the Internet that can help you.

Stadium seating -- CLICK HERE

The students are in the South endzone.

The PSU bench is on the East side -- the side which the tickets you are asking about are on.

The opponents bench is on the West side.

The tickets you are asking about are pretty good seats. The price is a little high, but that's usually the case in the offseason.

If you could get club seats in the South endzone, that might be your best bet, especially since there's a chance it will be really cold for that game. (There are heated lounges you can move to if you need a break from the cold, rain, etc., but those are only for those in club seats.)

There's no perfect way to get tix. If you want the security of having them now, then purchase them. You'll have no problem purchasing them the week of the game, as long as you are flexible. If both teams do better than expected during the season, the price that week will be expensive. If both teams underperform, and/or rain or severe cold is in the forecast, then the price will be pretty low. Most of the time I go to a game, I purchase tix from somebody on this site's Ticket Exchange. There are other places mentioned by the Pool Boy that are good. You'll have no trouble getting tix, even on game day, though you might have to work at it if you wait that long. It really becomes a question of where do you want to sit, how much do you want to pay, and do you want to resolve this now or wait and see what options develop.

Good luck.

Thanks Tom we are using the internet but also wanted to see if anyone had a better idea as to tickets or where to sit or just general helpful information.

Too early to tell, but there is a good chance I would have two extra. With the week before Thanksgiving, I think you could find some without too much trouble. But there is always the comfort of having them in hand now.

That's what I was thinking also. Not sure I want to wait. The Mrs and I will discuss this tonight
