INMO, it shows that Miami was incredibly over rated and played in a weak conf. They don't belong in the top15 let alone the top 10.
Wiscy is going to bitch slap them.

They came a long way this season... kudos to the team and coaches. They lost to a 1AA team to open the season, doing nothing much on offense in that game. They were overmatched vs. us, as expected, but then they started to get it together and played much better the rest of the season until they were upset in their last regular season game vs. Idaho.
Nice season for them, going 7-3 after a tough 0-2 start. With that recruiting area, and the new (old Braves) stadium, they could be the next FAU or FIU (Conf. USA) and make some noise in the Sun Belt Conference sooner than expected.

They were probably a much improved team simply from having the experience of playing PSU. That which doesn't kill you makes you stronger and all that.

I wondered back then if our freezing their kicker really pissed them off and instead of hanging their heads, they came back on Monday and began playing with a chip on their shoulders. Kudos and high fives to that team.
