How do you ignore a poster who limits

Who can see their profile. You can’t get access to ignore.

You should not have to get into their profile to ignore them. Find a post they have made and click on their name. Ignore will be an option on what pops up. I have never not been able to put someone on ignore that way.

Looks like it does as Mary describes on mobile. Are you using a computer?

edit - if you tap on the avatar or profile picture then you click ignore, if you tap on the name only it shows the error she described.

It looks the same to me on my computer and my phone whether I click on the avatar or the user's name.

On my computer, to the left side of a message, it lists the member's name who submitted the message and shows their avatar, the date they Joined, how many Messages they have submitted, and Likes Received. I click on the members name and up pop's a box that lists similar info to what I described in the previous sentence along with links to view the member's Profile Page, Follow them, or Ignore them.

That is the only method I have ever used to ignore users, and I have well over 100 on my ignore list.

That is an option but there are posters in permanent attack mode, who are complete douches and spam up threads with their vitriol. I can see why someone would want to ignore them.

That’s funny, you’re like the Red Queen in Alice in Wonderland “ Off with their heads “. Not busting chops because everyone is entitled to choose what they view. It would be interesting however to know how many posters have exceeded your total. But I guess I’ll never know because most of them won’t see my post.

I figure 25 of them are one poster that likes to get his Mack on.

The rest are either trolls from other teams or folks that can't keep their politics to the Test board. If you are so affected that you can't keep that crap off the other boards you immediately get the hook.

I haven't missed any of them. I spend less time wading through garbage and get a lot less aggravated.
