LB Coach: hire a prominent HS coach from NJ (Paramus Catholic? Rashan Gary's HC?) to recruit that state. It's what Harbaugh did, hire a NJ HS HC so he could keep landing guys like Peppers, Kareem Williams, Rashan Gary. And tOSU just added Greg Schiano to recruit NJ.
