How many Iowa fans gave Saylor credit for calling the upset?

Am I missing something? Iowa fans have to congratulate Willie for picking Nolf? This thread should probably just be deleted before it becomes a pissing contest
LOL, Iowa fans were dissing Willie right and left over on their board. So, I am completely in line. You lose that piss contest.
I respect you and your posts. But, there are jackals on every board. And, there is a certain group that come after Willie pretty hard whenever he says anything pro psu.
To be honest, I thought IMar was going to win, but I constantly say that the next phenom is always coming. Nickal and Nolf have both proven to be that, but at the same time you never know when a new stud freshman is going to come into their weights when they're upperclassman. It's part of what makes this sport awesome. I would have never said that Nolf didn't have a chance
Sure. That's balanced thought. Frankly...I thought Imar was going to win too. But, as a wrestling analyst who get's paid for his opinions, Willie took a risk by laying it on the line. If he was wrong, he deserves some criticism. But, he was right...and deserves some praise. Sound fair?
As a Penn State guy I am savoring the individual and team win. Another event where the wrestling world witnesses what happens when one team is more talented and aggressive than the other. Play like a champion, win like a champion, act like a champion. Stay classy guys. Enjoy a great chicken pot pie on this snowy night, not crow.
Wha? I don't remember anybody knocking Willie for picking Nolf over IMar (first I heard of it...didn't watch the White Board wars). Also, I predicted (here on BWI) out of three probable matches, Nolf would at least get one. Am I a PSU homer? I thought IMar would win the first one and that Nolf would get him at B1Gs. Only surprised that IMar gave up the pin pretty easily. Now, I think IMar gets him at B1Gs....dude needs to get on the treadmill tho.

Nolf doesn't make many mistakes like that. Not saying that Nolf goes in and dominates IMar...but I do think it has potential to be a toss up where one wins the dual and the other wins B1Gs with a tie-breaker at the NCAAs. It's a gut thing...much like Willie's Zain #2 ranking at 149

Yeah, that dude is off his rocker. I almost brought a message of his over here where he dismissed Zain as being a staller/clinger whenever he wrestled top guys.
