Basically, Rutgers is soooo starved for a rivalry, that they are itching to fire up a rivalry based on a game 200 years ago (and apparently the rightful ownership of a revolutionary war cannon) with an FCS school. And how does Princeton feel about this proposed "Rivalry" you might ask?
So not only does Penn State fail to recognize the annoying gnat to the east as a "Rival", but neither does their FCS neighbor.
