Exciting game last night with Giants and Washington team. I have always been a Giants fan but I was so impressed by Washington WR Terry McLaurin-he had many amazing catches. Giants
kicker Graham Gano has a streak of 35 consecutive field goals and had 2 bombs from over 50 yards. With PSU heavy investment in scholarship kickers, we should be getting such results!
Anyway at end of game Washington kicker misses a game winning field goal but Giants player was offsides which game Washington kicker a re-do from 5 yards closer and BiNGO GIants lose. What a crummy
way to lose and I am glad I am not as emotional about Giants as I am about PSU! Barkley looked okay in spurts but sure is not at peak form. One announcer said sometimes it takes to second year post ACL for a player to be at its peak. Knowing Barkley from his time at PSU any problems are not due to lack of effort or work ethic! Hopefully he will continue to get better this year-quick turnaround to a game 4 days after opening day was tough too. Now he has 10 days until the next game and hopefully he will take next steps in his recovery. I sure wish him to have great success and to get back to 100%.
