Take a small percent of the bowl revenues and buy a Lloyds of London umbrella policy covering every player incase of career ending injury if they have declared for the draft for mega millions.

Also, expand the playoff to 12 or 16.
So many less opt outs.

Dude give it a rest. I wanted to see all the players play yesterday too. Unfortunately, the 4 team playoff has largely made the rest of the bowls glorified exhibitions. I understand why the kids with pro potential opt out of these games. There isn’t enough insurance to cover what some of them can make in the pros and the premiums for specialty insurance like this are ridiculously high. I don’t think any players on the final 4 teams opted out and I don’t think any of the Penn State players would have either My solution is to make the playoffs.

You give it a rest. You just wasted a lot of words and brought nothing to the table and doom the non CFP bowl games. Brilliant.

Gamblers, parents, and girlfriends/boyfriends are the only people who give a fish about these games. I figured PSU was getting run yesterday. There was a day I would be pacing up and down the floor sweating about it. No longer necessary.

Keep the party going in State College until the weather gets bad and that's enough to fuel the plane. That's what's keeping it going right now. It's still a party and people are willing to pony up for it. When that changes we'll find out what the future that we wait looks like.
