Reservoirs are 95% full for this time of year,
AND they are draining seven major reservoirs including Shasta, the State’s biggest,
because they have reached their flood control points.

2016 is above the wettest year in history in both the Northern CA and Southern CA mountains (central CA is 150% of normal)….
