Hunter Biden search warrants unsealed by federal judge in court order: report

Four search warrants issued in various Hunter Biden investigations will be made public this week, the New York Post reported Monday.

Delaware federal Judge Maryellen Norieka unsealed the warrants in response to an independent journalist's request, according to the report.

Two warrants dated Aug. 29, 2019, and July 10, 2020 targeted Hunter's Apple iCloud account, the report shows. A third search warrant from Dec. 13, 2019 targeted a Apple MacBook Pro laptop and hard drive.

The fourth warrant, from Dec. 4, 2023, was used to collect electronic evidence, the Post reports.

Hunter Biden currently faces three felony counts linked to accusations that he lied about his drug addiction when he bought a gun. He also faces accusations in Los Angeles of not paying $1.4 million in federal taxes between 2016 and 2019, the report notes.

Biden’s defense team did not object to the records being unsealed, according to the report.
