It kind of boggles my mind that any QB would potentially eliminate a school based on another QB being part of their class. Wouldn't logic say to take a view of the total depth chart of QB's at an institution? For example ND has at least 3 young 4 star QB's on their current roster, including Wimbush. It would seem on the surface that PSU QB situation for any incoming recruit would be quite a bit more appealing given the current roster combined with the stature of PSU. Chances of starting several years at ND seem much more remote.If Hunter was truly interested in PSU before Clifford committed, why eliminate a school so quickly. You're all set to visit. What do you have to lose? Why cancel?
