...and ONCE AGAIN Franklin has brought in an Ivy League transfer who can't cut it, on an ALREADY POOR offensive line.

Sad...

You are little Johnny one Sad. Wow... you have no self esteem... because your self is so pitiful.

..and there is nothing you can do to change that. My Condolenses to your family.

Are you bitching because he's been NAMED a backup, or because you've seen him play and he SHOULD be a backup?

Nobody is "bitching" about anything. These are the facts: 9 years of awful offensive line play and 3 straight transfers who are not assets.

You are trash. I don't typically call someone names but your apparent hatred of either penn state or coach Franklin has caused you to trash a young man with an ivy degree and quite a bit of ability and versatility on the field for something that you yourself wouldn't have ever come close to accomplishing in your sad life.

Your act of trashing a young man you've never met who is obviously orders of magnitude more talented than you have ever been mentally and physically is why I do not hesitate to call you out as absolute trash.

When you recruit and sign any player.....don't you project him as a potential starter?

Clown posts aside...
I have a feeling both Wormley and Nourzad will play quite a bit, and that their respective performance so far has been close enough to give the start to the incumbent, so to speak.

From what I've heard Nourzad is showing well in practice, so if he's depth that's not a bad thing.

They could start him to make you happy, but why would they if Wormley beat him out?

He's actually quite valuable as a close backup in that, from what I have read, he can play every single oline position and has great feet and smart. That's like a baseball team having a great utility infielder that is plug and play when needed. It means if someone goes down, you don't need to reshuffle the entire oline.

Dude, I’m generally not enthralled by the overall OL performance, but your statement/assertion is simply false. — Did you miss the Saquan Barkley, Miles Sanders, Journey Brown years? You don’t run for that much yardage without at least an average/above average line…..and we were still feeling effects of scholarships being tyrannically gutted. Get off your XBox , and be a little less “impulse driven”

just watch the line for first few series. Check out footwork and how agile they are. If not good (doesn't have to be 100 % good) If no and no , brace for 7-5

Listened to a PSU OL commentary and Nourzad apparently had an NFL grade in the event he had declared for the draft after last season. Players that suck don't get NFL grades. So if he is a backup that speaks well for the player who beat him out, and speaks well for Nourzad as providing quality depth.

It speaks to Franklin not putting the best players on the field.
