Yes. Erasers on #2 pencils are crap! They no longer erase as much as smear. What the hell happened to good erasers? People make mistakes. I make more than most. I need to get rid of my mistakes. If that isn't enough to spark outrage, I could talk about STEP.

my latest rant is against the old time sports writers who are blocking the "steroid era" players from getting into the baseball HOF.

sheeeoot I remember when baseball was dying after the player's strike, then Sosa and McGuire started the HR competition, then Bonds went for the record. baseball was deader than Dillinger and they revived it. VOTE THEM IN ALREADY!!!

This will work itself out in time, once the old timers are gone or through the veteran's vote. These guys "cheated" and don't deserve to be first ballot guys along with the players who did things basically the right way (drinking and womanizing aside).

I don't dispute they "cheated" (though it seems everyone was juicing at the time), just pointing out how they essentially revived the sport when it was reaching historic levels of low attendance, etc . . . they deserve acknowledgment for rescuing the sport from itself
