He has created a winning team based on a "Family" environment that all recruits who visit see from the minute they walk onto our campus. Most fall in love with the coaching staff and family feeling that they want to commit on the spot. Although a few have verbally committed and then change their minds after being swayed by other "incentives", even they know that Penn State is the team to beat for years to come!
