Seems like they bring a different mentality. Most recently, A.Q., Rich Ohrnberger (sp) and Levi Brown made the switch. There might have been more but I can't recall. I believe the run game favors the D Line mentality of guys like Dowrey and Gaia.
I like the fact that two of our offensive linemen were formerly defensive linemen.
