the match. When I say bumping... it was a small wish from my girlfriend in Trinidad (as in the island country) to get a picture with myself and Bo Nickal. More Bo than myself.... I sent her a picture of the cut out poster of Bo Nickal in the lobby and she picked up right away that it was a cut out of Bo. She did tell me to thank Bo personally if I got a picture with "the real Bo"... who she says she "likes" more for his wrestling ability than his handsome, boyish good looks. I've debated this with her and I think she's with the later than the former. o_O

So I'm thinking to myself... the cut out isn't cutting it and she really wanted a picture with Bo... so I meander down to the Rec Hall floor... make small talk with some kid named Jason Nolf, shook his hand and wished him well at Big Ten's and Nationals while waiting for Bo to get done with his interview with Jeff Byers. Bo walks over and I asked him if he wouldn't mind taking a photo for my girlfriend and he said, he'd love to. When I sent the photo over Whatsapp to my girlfriend and I know she's hyperventilating Micah Parson's style from 2244 miles away... I realized how special we are as fans to enjoy such incredible and phenomenal wrestlers on the mat... Dynamic World Class wrestlers like Jason Nolf and Bo Nickal... but we also have WORLD CLASS people in those wrestlers.

Both Jason and Bo couldn't have been more kind and accommodating. Bo, smiling from ear to ear, made some random girl in Trinidad feel closer to her crush and Lemon Pie got a brother in the man crush department. You might want to put down your Anthony Cassar calendar for a second and "switch sides" Lemon and crush on Bo also. World Class doesn't only describe his ability on the mat... It's just what BO DOES.

Where in Trinidad? Have you been yourself? Just curious my dad retired to Trinidad up in the hills of Williamsville not far from Gasparillo. If you've never been go during Carnival it's a blast.

I just went to Trinidad in December to visit. Carnival is next week on Monday and Tuesday. She's from Cuova. I travelled the entire island with her parents and if I get the chance later today... I'll post some stunning pictures of Maracas Beach and Toco. I ate doubles at Sigh's doubles stand and had home made stewed chicken with buss up shot roti. Visited a pitch lake like the LA Brea tar pit in California. l loved the experience and can't wait to visit again soon.
That's awesome good for you it's a great island.Doubles for breakfast can't beat it or Doubles anytime.Glad you got to experience the island. When you go back take a puddle jumper to Tabago and visit Nylon pool.Shes only like 15 miles from my dad she's just north of Gasparillo. My dad has been on the island since 2000 I have made many trips I may as well be Trini

I had a buddy from Trinidad back in the '70s. When he saw what I was drinking once, he made a face and asked me if I'd like to try real rum. The next time he flew up, he brought a six pack of the greatest rum I've ever tasted. So smooth, so delicious. Don't remember the brand, but have been looking for it in State Stores ever since. No luck.

If you figure it out, let me know. I've visited the Dominican Republic several times and have had some of the best rum that island has to offer, some of it very, very good, but I'm always willing to try something new.

I will go on a google search. If you are right, you will have made my retirement that much more bearable.
thanks.

I see that they carry it at a liquor store in Berlin, NJ. Back when you had to stand in line at the state store to buy a bottle of wine, the clerks would go in the back and rummage around till they maybe found it, maybe not; I used to cross the river to purchase my wine. Canals, the one that carries the above mentioned rum, was one I shopped at. All these years wasted.
