100 times over. It's not even close. These teams wouldn't know how to handle a diverse offense like ours this year. Neither defense has any fear of the passing game.

Um, one was in high school a few months ago.
Win or lose Fromm looks like a potential top 10 pick down the road.Fromm's got a lively arm, but his decision making looks like a true freshman's tonight. He'll be a good one though with a little more experience. It's saying something, however, that he is still outplaying Hurts.
No. He is one dimensional. So, after 4 years on campus Trace is ahead of a true freshman and sophomore....hmmm. Hopefully he gets us to where these QBs got their team this year next year. Pretty sure Hurts would be awesome in our offense

No. He is one dimensional.
The passing game from these two teams is just crazy bad. It's not just the QBs, the WRs from UGA have dropped 4-5 passes tonight.
Talking about Hurts, not Fromm.Good call, nostra-dumbass. He just ran for 20 yards and then threw for another 20.
Riiight. Hurts can't make the down field throws to run our offense. So, after 4 years on campus Trace is ahead of a true freshman and sophomore....hmmm. Hopefully he gets us to where these QBs got their team this year next year. Pretty sure Hurts would be awesome in our offense
Arm does no good if you don't have the accuracy or instincts to go with it. Hurts would be a great fit for Oklahoma circa 1985 or Nebtaska under OsborneIn time everyone here will understand that Trace wasn't the runner we want in this offense. Hurts is. The only thing that I would question about Hurts in our offense would be his decision making. He has the arm.
These defenses look like they are moving at twice the speed of any defense we have seen this year.100 times over. It's not even close. These teams wouldn't know how to handle a diverse offense like ours this year. Neither defense has any fear of the passing game.
Hurts is a good athlete but not a great qb. Great when he can use his athleticism, but not great when he he needs to be a passing qb.

Not sure he doesn't play by the end of this game.I think there is a decent chance that the younger Bama qb will be playing next year. Not sure if they stick w Hurts.
Tonight is his 28th start surrounded by 5 star talent galore. He's had plenty of time to figure out the forward pass. He's a TRUE SOPHOMORE...give him two more years. I think he'll be good enough as a passer that his running ability would make him a better fit in our offense.

If you actually think that you are all the way out of your mind. He would be a complete disaster in our offense. Fromm would be better than Hurts
Swift looks pretty good! He will be a force by the time he leaves GA.
Both of these terms also have a signature win.
What was Alabama's signature win during the regular season?
These defenses look like they are moving at twice the speed of any defense we have seen this year.
Let's see what our offense becomes over the next couple years. I assure you he's the kind of QB Franklin wants--see us recruiting Fields.
I respect the fact you and others are defending our guy but this is like listening to people claim McSorley will be a better NFL QB than Thorson...you're just looking at things with blinders.
Looking forward to seeing Tua now.
I believe Fields projected as much better passer than Hurts, a passer who can also run is what CJF is after, Will Levis, Clifford, Stevens. Agree with CoastGuard, Hurts would be great for the 80's Nebraska and Oklahoma teams, would kill at Georgia Tech now.Let's see what our offense becomes over the next couple years. .
LSU/Miss State...I mean, they were better than any win we had, right?
Beating FSU with Francois carries weight...they were a different team without him...a bad team without him but Bama didn't get that easy matchup
Fields is NOTHING like Hurts. Nothing. As a HS kid Fields can make decisions while on the move or under pressure.
Hurts has zero ability to do that. Watch him. Watch his eyes the second he feels pressure. Hell watch the accuracy of this throws when he doesn't have pressure. He wouldn't be our backup sorry to say. He is fine for Alabama's offense playing against half ass SEC defenses, but awful for ours.
Jesus those teams were awful. LSU lost to Troy. Miss State beat exactly zero teams with a pulse.
My God man you must just be trying to get a rise. Northwestern would have rolled either of those teams. So would Michigan. Hell so would Iowa. The SEC was awful outside of 2 teams. Maybe Auburn.
I guess Nick Saban agrees.Tonight is his 28th start surrounded by 5 star talent galore. He's had plenty of time to figure out the forward pass.
