Not sure about the BCS, but in the “old days,” 13-0 OSU would have played Oregon in the Rose while 13-0 LSU went to the Sugar. I don’t think 5he ACC had a tie-in bid, allowing 13-0 Clemson to play LSU for the national title. Then a 14-0 Buckeye team would have been #2.
