First off let’s be fair. His advanced dementia makes arriving at sound decisions difficult. When you add in that he was never too bright to begin with, that adds to the difficulty. Stir the above up with an incredible ago, unfailing belief in his own brilliance, mule headed stubbornness and we have our starting point.

Since the end of the ice age Joey has represented the State of Delaware for the Dem, party. In that span of time he’s really accomplished virtually nothing other than enriching himself and his family. A time honored Washington DC achievement shared by several of his colleagues. All his self described non political achievements notwithstanding, he’s been a segregationist while professing support for Blacks. He’s called for Law and Order while championing lawlessness. He’s called himself the greatest proponent for Unions while never actually having a real job. Are you noticing a trend here?

Joey has always yearned to be the President. Unfortunately before the disaster of 2020 every time Biden campaigned for something outside the friendly confines of Delaware he had his head handed to him Once being caught plagiarizing (a skill he seems to have mastered) the other when Dem primary voters laughing said “Thanks but no thanks”. There would have been a third time, but his boss hypnotized him into a grief filled trance. But for the sake of brevity let’s fast forward to the present.

After 3 and 1/2 years of mangling the economy and causing crippling inflation, destroying the Southern Border and hiring every incompetent baboon imaginable, wether DEI based or not, Joey is shocked that not only Republicans but his own party members wish he’d hit the road. But of course for different reasons. One side believes that they can restore normality, while the other believes they need a younger stooge in place to maintain their power.

So what’s Joey going to do that he’s now faced with a reality that honestly he probably is unable to grasp or understand due to his present mental state? Does he go quietly into the good night? Or does he in his hubris and misguided opinion of his irreplaceability envision himself as the embodiment of the Song of Roland heroically battling the barbarians on the bridge? Or does he use his recent COVID diagnosis as his out? While of course claiming that while laid low by a disease that crippled his campaign he still would have won in a landslide. Your guess is as good as mine.
