I cant stand losing money. But here's a question for those who are. With OSU currently at +6/+6.5, isn't the moneyline a good call?

I think ESPN has us with less than a 30% chance of winning.

I am too dim to figure out the money line. How does it work if a person bets psu, using today's odds?

The money line is posted just like a point spread. Right now it is PSU +210 (meaning a $100 bet on PSU wins $210). Money line on OSU is -250 (meaning you have to bet $250 on OSU to win $100). Money line bets are straight up with no point spread.

Thanks. I wasn't sure what the basis was. So if I put up hundred @230, and psu wins, I get my hundred back, plus $230.

I am convinced. Hopefully my home refi goes through tomorrow so I can get my entire equity down on the money line. :)
