Have the utmost respect for Nico as a competitor. Don't see him ever rationalizing or using any excuse for a loss, as seldom as they were.

It's well established that sac grabbing/cupping and oil-checking is simply a part of the sport -- just about any part of the body is fair game when leverage is concerned. For anyone who thinks it's unsportsmanlike, there are plenty of times that PSU guys do it, too, so we shouldn't be on any kind of high horse here.

Now, I'm sure there are "unwritten rules" about how far is "too far" when sac grabs are concerned . . . For instance, Nickal may have had some choice words when he got Brunsoned in last year's dual vs. Illinois . . .

But overall, it's not a big deal.
