If one appeals denial (non-fraud) of PA Workman's Compensation unemployment benefits what are the chances of "winning?"
Also, how closely does PA U.C. monitor weekly "job search" requirements?

There are usually attorneys with tremendous knowledge of such things that work on contingency, he only gets compensated if the appeal is won. I don’t think anyone can answer without understanding far too many personal details to post on a message board. I would advise your friend to schedule a consultation with an attorney that can advise if his appeal/case is worth proceeding.
