I wonder how much of the assistants turnover has to do with the increased assistant salaries that James received with his contract extension? Rahne was OK but certainly not big time. KC appears to be a step up, but will cost more. Maybe Limegrover was OK, but if James can go get someone higher caliber with the increased salaries he will do it.
I really do believe James will stop at nothing to achieve his goal of being the first black coach to win a national championship. I just hope he can pull it off.
