Politicians need to be responsible for an individuals happiness. I say instead of using the tax code to raise revenue for government operations, we use it promote social justice through punitive taxation of those who are happier than others..... Now that's an original idea! It will make the less happy more happy to see those that are happy less happy about having their money taken away. BRILLIANT. Happiness at the expense of another!!!!
