It has been a busy last month in the recruitment of Chicago Phillips four-star DT Amir Watts and several big changes occurred today. Here's the latest I am hearing from his camp:
Watts has cancelled a planned official visit to Iowa State the weekend of Jan. 29. That visit weekend is now going to go to either Penn State, which offered last week, or Missouri, which offered today. Or, he may choose to forego that last weekend entirely and end his visits with this weekend's trip to Pitt. Earlier official visits to Indiana and Minnesota both went very well and those schools are strong in his recruitment.
That is where things stand today. Tomorrow could bring more changes, but I will update here as I hear more.
