For those looking to add pictures, the best thing to have is a photobucket account. If you do, click on the URL on the right of your picture. If not, your pic will have to be in URL form.

Up top on the right is your whole profile on the new system. Run your cursor over it and you will see Signature on the left hand column. Click on it and cut and paste your URL. After the link is in, click preview below and you will see your pic pop up. Make sure you hit save as well. For multiple pics, just stack the URL's on top of one another. If you want to edit or remove them, look at the tool bar above your pics under the signature section and you will see a little wrench on the right. That will take you right to the URL's and away from the pics. You cannot delete the pics if can see them. You have to delete the line of code in the URL hence the wrench.

Well, that's actually a step backwards. No more simply copying and pasting a pic in a post? Also, noticed no more poll feature.

Is there a way to hide signature pics like on the old board? I didn't see this in the settings.

Try this (no promises)

1. click on your name in the upper right corner of the board
2. on the left side of the screen that appears, scroll to Settings
3. click on Preferences
4. deselect (uncheck) "Show people's signatures with their messages"
5. select Save Changes

I haven't tested it, and it may only remove pictures that are embedded in a signature, but it's worth a try.

I saved mine to pictures, went to add avatar, clicked change av, asks browse folders, go to pictures click pic, open and there it is.

Thanks Tom, that appears to have worked and I missed it the first time I dug into the setting apparently. On the old board I think it also only addressed pics embedded in signatures, and didn't filter out pics as part of a post (e.g, the weekly "who's the hottest" threads). But given that some members have risque signature pics I always keep them turned off since I browse periodically at work.

Tom, just under these settings, what are the Sticky style options?

Sticky user bar freezes the menu at the top of the page. I'm not sure about stick navigation, I'm guessing it freezes the "next page" navigation links somewhere on the page when you are browsing multiple page threads.
