High 3 star/ low 4 star. Solid offer list. Not elite but solid. Had offers from Mich, ND, and Tennessee. Lots of speed, good height and large wingspan. High upside.
His best 100-meter time as a sophomore was 11.67. That is not "lots of speed". Maybe he has gotten (a lot) faster. I hope so because that does not translate to any kind of straight-line speed (like a 40-yard dash). Of course, football is much more about quickness than pure speed. If he had offers from schools such as you mentioned, and our staff wants him, he is a good football player.

Looks like speed and explosiveness to me.
He did get a lot faster because an 11.67 100 meter time as a Sophomore does not project to 4.36 40 speed.
Okay that makes more sense given is 100 time. Seems slow for a CB? Would hope low 4.5s or high 4.4s.
Yeah I said that exact thing on the podcast above, I would not call him fast by any means, but he has some acceleration when out there at times. I also love his ability to read / diagnose the play before it happens.
These are quite a bit different. What are the dates on these times?
I haven’t seen the 4.36 40 time anywhere. The 4.67 time is out there, and a published 4.52 40 time at a ND pro day.
