I don't know, maybe it's just me, but I really like the idea of having 1 thread per week to go to that has a quick summation of the coming week's interesting match-ups and then results.

El-Jefe, if you could please be so kinda and grace us with your knowledge of what's coming up this week, similar to what you did previously?? I'd appreciate it!!!

Light schedule for both duals and tourneys, plus not a lot of great matchups …

12/7 – Iowa vs. Lehigh
HWT – Stoll vs. Wood

12/8 – Virginia vs. Princeton
125 – Hayes vs. Glory

12/8 – Fresno State vs. Goofers
HWT – AJ vs. Steveson (interested in seeing how wrestlers adjust to Steveson the 2nd time around)

12/8 – UNI Open
197 – Miklus vs. Holschlag

12/9 – Ohio State vs. Wisconsin
HWT – Hillger vs. Singletary

12/9 – Bedlam
141 – Brock vs. Demas
197 – Weigel vs. Woodley

Oklahoma needs to regain their footing as a regional / national power.

Strange to see Bedlam upcoming, but no individual matches that move the needle.

Ohio State vs. Wisconsin on Sunday Dec. 9th has a few other matches of potential interest even if McKenna and Wick will be heavily favored.

McKenna vs. Moran
Romero vs. Wick
Campbell vs. Christensen

I believe BTN is showing the match on TV at 4 PM.

Sounded to me like AJ had his head clubbed in by Stevenson the first time. Wondering if AJ will allow it, or if the refs will call it.

Sounds like Romero needs a lot of work.

Also sounds like Singletary might have been injured at Vegas. tOSU fans are pretty concerned

i noticed those but didn't list them for the reason you listed, and Campbell's matches aren't interesting.

You aren't interested in seeing if he can deadlift himself off the bottom, or find a gas tank in the third?

I predict that Humphreys will make some noise this year at 157. He's going to be a tough out for anyone not named Jason Nolf.

Agree, he had a few counter shots that would have scored against most wrestlers.

Kid is strong and he has some quicks.

12/8 – UNI Open
197 – Miklus vs. Holschlag
I have to be a little careful in proclaiming this, as I did it last year and was wrong, but don't expect Miklus or Holschlag to wrestle in the UNI Open. Both teams enter very few, in some years none, of their starters in this tournament. Plus, Holschlag hasn't wrestled all year, so I wouldn't necessarily expect him just yet.
