Something I overheard at the Quarterback Club today (first time I've ever gone, pretty cool experience). Going back to 2005, two B1G schools have not had a losing season. Care to guess?
Penn State and Wisconsin. And don't waste your time, I checked the last 10 years of standings and it is in fact correct. God forbid I post something without fact checking. I don't want to deal with that shitstorm.
I know we all want to win championships, both national and B1G, but I think all things considered, that's a pretty amazing fact. Given what this program went through, and how lackadaisical Joe got as a recruiter later in years, it shows the players have a lot of heart and can deal with a lot of crap.
All things considered, I think this staff gets a few years to try to find there way and get us from 7-6 or 8-5 seasons to 9 wins and better.
