From a friend of a friend on FB last night:

PA is Opened

Ok everyone, to clarify what happened last night and clear up all of the misinformation being passed around, this is information received:

The order was just clarified. Here's the truth.

ATTENTION:
I was just privileged enough to have Senator Mastriano call my cell. We spoke about yesterday in detail and he ran down “what’s what” despite what you may read or hear. This is what he said;
1. This was an article 35 constitutional act that took place yesterday. The general assembly without super majority can over rule a disaster declaration issued by the Governor. That happened!!
2. The Governors orders are done! 100% and there is no waiting for the courts. This doesn’t need a signature nor can it be veto’d. Wolf can appeal to the court of common pleas if he chooses and if he does it would be tied up for months. We are free! (No color phases, no mask orders, no social distancing orders, no limit on the size of gatherings, etc.)
3. The media isn’t covering it despite the GOP team trying to get them to do so. As long as people want to believe it’s not true, he said they don’t deserve to be free. It’s done. Go back to your lives. It’s constitutional.
4. Levine with his authority can still mandate visitation limitations in nursing homes that are state funded, but all of his orders under the disaster declaration ended when the Gov’s declaration was ended thru article 35. Period!
5. Senator said it’s up to us to spread the truth and walk as free people now because the media and Wolf will continue to dither and claim a constitutional crisis but article 35 is clear.

Businesses; open up without fear!
