Yesterday, we had a conversation about PMA, their influence on the BOT, and the politics of it.
An article linked by the OP stated that Spanier directed the Industrial Societies to police themselves with regards to BOT elections. And, Barry confirmed that the election procedure for the Industrial Societies changed at some point after that.
So, the questions that arise are:
Did PMA have it in for Spanier because of this? and
Did PMA use political connections, business connections, media connections, and connections that already existed within the BOT to influence how things were handled with regards to PSU....starting with the Grand Jury itself?
It seems like something worth considering.
