Penn State wears blue at home games, whether the visiting team has their usual, new, or retro uniform, it should be white.
If we were to break out white uni's for a home game (which I think is a great idea for once every coupla' years) the opponent would need to bring their dark outfits... if Pitt were advised to do so, you can be certain they would choose to not keep that a secret... we'd have heard the speculation / confirmation on this days ago...
