Looking to go to a few games this year. Does anyone run a r/t bus service in the S/WB area? Ideally, it would leave and return same day.

Thanks for any links or suggestions.

Bus trips are great for sports in general from college to pros. There is nothing worse than sitting in your own vehicle for an hour or two in traffic leaving Happy Valley or Philly/NYC.

10000000% agree. I do not want to drive into Happy Valley at all. Totally worth paying for this. Hell--parking in the lots is $80 and these trips from WB/Scr are $115-$125, with food. Parking + Gas alone costs more. It's a no-brainer.

I went to the White Out (Minny) game via bus trip last year. I am doing the PSU/UM game via bus trip this fall. I took a bus trip for a Yankees game this summer (the GWB hour long backup is more tolerable via bus!). If you are into cornhole for your football tailgating, usually the bus companies will let you bring your board along in the storage below. It’s the way to go.

The CATA shuttles are really good for this. Parking ends up being virtually free and you actually get out of the stadium area faster.

I know some of the Scranton area buses parked behind the BJC so getting to the stadium was pretty easy.

Then they set up a 2nd tailgate after while the traffic eases up.

Really a great way to get to a game - especially the night games. And some of the companies allow you to do bus/tailgate only if you already have your game tickets.
