I had an 87 Dodge Charger. At a toll booth off the Garden State Parkway one time I dropped a handful of quarters between the seat and the console before I wrecked it about a year later.

Somewhere in a junkyard between the Susquehanna and the Delaware there's a good $1.75 in quarters. Just sayin'.

It was a state forest property and they weren’t granted a permission to dig. They contacted the feds because there is supposed to be a finder fee paid to to whoever finds lost federal property. They have stated they don’t expect full ownership but just the reward.

This entire saga stinks to high heaven. It makes no sense they wouldn’t be allowed to observe. In typical government fashion, they have created a problem out of thin air and one has to wonder why. The corruption runs deep.

Pretty good article with info I didn’t know. Like it all started with a psychic. And that the Pa DCNR already did some digging in the area. Enough people saw extra activity by the FBI to prove their story inaccurate. And they way they are withholding information adds to the suspicions.

I’m surprised at how easily the press just dropped this story and let it disappear. I have no idea if they did or didn’t find anything but there was apparently a lot of activity to find nothing. If they did find lost Civil War gold it’s a huge story.
