Anyone have any intel on this kid if he's going to be able to sign (qualify) anywhere come November? I've heard the juco rumors, but have never heard/read anything to confirm.

The juco rumors were apparently true, originally, but things have apparently improved. Now, according to Willie, he has improved GPA and passed minimum ACT. Will pass clearinghouse and be D1 Eligible.

Good for him! I'm glad he was able to apply himself so he can wrestle at a high level, and continue his education. He's a great talent.
