Jaeden Gould decommits from USC: "Penn State is the school...

I'm of the opinion that we have greater needs than another safety prospect in this class; OL, DE, and LBer with precious few spots remaining.
Could be a possibility of Flowers, Evans and Driver playing WR.

Could also be a possibility that we are about to see players giddy up on outta here.

Not the biggest position of need but if we’re not in line for MULTIPLE big-men transfers this kid is definitely worth a roster spot

He's listed on 247 as a CB, and with the CB decommit and Evans being recruited as a WR, it seems like a 2nd CB would be needed in this class....

There is a 247 article about Gould’s decommitment and Brian Dohn (247 analyst) posted comments that there are concerns with Gould’s athleticism due to torn ACLs in high school.

I watched the brief highlight videos available and came away underwhelmed. Of course, I'm not paid eight gazillion dollars a year to evaluate football talent, so maybe he is a clone of KJ Winston, who looks like the real deal!

Has he had one or two torn ACL’s? I know we had one in October.
The article said he tore his ACL during his sophomore year, so if he had a recent ACL tear in October as you mention above, then he has had 2 ACL tears in high school.

So, he got his ACL tears out of the way before even starting college? That has to be a plus. (Joking - kinda)
