Jake Butt’s injury could not have come at a worse time.

The Michigan senior is projected as one of the top tight ends — a potential first round pick — in the upcoming NFL draft. But now that stock could take quite a hit after Butt suffered a knee injury in the first half of the Wolverines’ Orange Bowl loss to Florida State Friday night.

After the game, Wolverines coach Jim Harbaugh said Butt suffered damage to either the MCL or ACL in his knee.

Good for him. I have no true insight on Peppers, other than the fact I find it quite suspicious he tweaked his ha,my the day before the game. How hard were they going at practice? Also, why not on sideline?

Hopefully only a sprained MCL and he gets back quick. Hate for anybody to get a ACL tear in a bowl game.

Agree about Peppers. Say what you will... wrap it anyway you want but he found a way out and Harbaugh banished him to the box. The BS about too much craziness if he were on the sidelines is rubish. When was the last time you saw an injured star CFB player in the coaches box and not on the sidelines with his buds? You won't convince me otherwise.

Agree completely. Harbaugh was not on the know on Peppers and when he found out I am sure he was pissed. So he makes Peppers not be on the field with his team. Good for Harbaugh as much as I dislike him.
