Jameis Winston accuser suing FSU Board of Trustees?

Struggling to paste text from hotel, but noticed the snippet in USA Today this morning: http://www.usatoday.com/story/sport...ston-erica-kinsman-denies-dismissal/31531205/
Who wouldn't be just a little bit pleased to see the $6 Million man's name added to the list of defendants?

Pretty sad that F$U is lying to a Federal Court in an attempt to have this legitimate case dismissed - Federal Title IX requirements, as well as Federal Cleary Act (not "Campus saVE ACT I believe) requirements both state that an assault report by a student is to be investigated by the University immediately (interpreted in prior cases to mean initiated immediately and an status report made back to accuser within 60 days). The facts in this case are well known to show that F$U was egregiously out of compliance with these codes as numerous articles, including the one linked below, have cataloged:

After Florida State Rape Case, Police Will Revise Procedures

This is excerpted directly from the article linked above (again, it is but one of many - I'll link others below that detail F$U's complicity with TPD in stonewalling the case - F$U administrators including Jimbo Fisher, especially disgraceful given his public speaking last year on national TV trashing the victim.):

******************************************************************************
The Times article, published in April amid rising national concern about sexual assaults on college campuses, found that the police had conducted virtually no investigation of the rape allegation against Mr. Winston, leading in part to the prosecutor’s decision not to file criminal charges against him. Florida State knew about the allegation as well but waited nearly a year to ask Mr. Winston about it, and only then after he had led the university’s football team to the national championship.

Mr. Winston, who has never been questioned by the police, said he had consensual sex with his accuser and did not assault her. The university has declined to discuss any aspect of the Winston case, citing privacy laws.

Will not provide any comment citing "privacy laws" - how convenient! Gee, haven't we heard this same lame bull$hit from PSU and it's corrupt administrators? Here are the other links discussing the gross malfeasance of F$U, its Athletic Department & Sr. Administrators and its Campus Police Department:

Documents: Police, FSU hampered Jameis Winston investigation

A Star Player Accused, and a Flawed Rape Investigation

Just grotesque that F$U is now going to rub salt in the wounds of this victim by blatantly lying in court and trying to claim they vigorously investigated this women's report made and documented to 911 and responded to by F$U CAMPUS POLICE GIVEN THAT THE CALL WAS MADE FROM HER F$U ON-CAMPUS DORM RESIDENCE!!! How the NCAA is ignoring all of this bull$hit, including Jimbo Fisher via Bonasorte getting Shameus Jameis a lawyer (a clear illegal benefit that is not done for other students) as well as obtaining the TPD Police Report via F$U's Police Department and then forwarding it ILLEGALLY to the attorney they got for Jameis Winston, is just beyond ridiculous -- the NCAA cares nothing that National Violence Against Women Groups have demanded an investigation of F$U given that they have had more reports of Violence Against Women over the past 5 years than any other FBS Football Team (including a plethora this summer that were kept under wraps until a VIDEOTAPE and courageous victims spoke out about the inaction of TPD and F$U coach Jim-bob Fisher -- in fact, the starting player who was "belatedly" outed for assaulting a women outside a bar HAS STILL NOT BEEN KICKED OUT OF THE UNIVERSITY or held to account by the UNIVERSITY's INTERNAL TITLE IX and Clearly Act Procedures, he has only been "indefinitely suspended" from the football team). What a joke that the NCAA has shown zero interest in what is happening at F$U - not even made a statement whatsoever - despite the hugely increased awareness nationally after several incidents by Professional Athletes, especially criminal-thug football players that their coaches and teams atttempted to protect.

Straight money grab! Hurts her credibility in my eyes.

Yea, it's a "money grab" by the victim that F$U acted in violation of two separate Federal Codes regarding investigating reported Violence Against Students - complete failure and violation of both Title IX Civil Rights Codes and the Cleary Act??? Yes clearly the "victim" forced them to act in violation of these Federal Codes? LMFAO, whatever you say jack-wagon - when all else fails, "attack the victim"; you must be a big fan of our current President who adopted this approach while at F$U.

What an asinine comment from 1PSU. This isn't about a money grab. Did you read any of the above articles. It's about federal law being violated. How would you feel if that was your daughter? Idiot!
