When listening this evening I was taken aback, once again, that he actually voted in & for
the Heisman for the TOS running back over McCaffery of Standford. Tried to justify it but,
IMO, it doesn't carry water. McCaffery is an all-around football player, period. And, by the
way, McCaffery WAS nominated as a finalist. Guess his over-all talent impressed more
than Mr. Jed.

Hummm? Reminds me of 1994 when TOS supported writers voted NE over
PSU in at least sharing the national title. Imagine that, even though PSU & TOS were & are
conference brotheran, even back then! Wonder if the score, 63-14, had anything to do with it?
Any bets?

IMO, McCaffery's over all abilities trump the one great skill that most have. Should, too.
My axe grinding has to do with the fact of trumping TOS on this PA Sports Show. Jed has a
right to do so, and I support that but, maybe not to the enthusiasm being done to a most-
heated rival.

When Pat from 'Windydale' goes on, off goes the mute for me. ( Talks and talks and talks,
in a monotone, IMO, AND is a fan of that northern Indiana team that ALWAYS HAS AND MOST
LIKELY ALWAYS WILL RECEIVE PREFERENTIALS W / NCAA, NO MATTER WHAT!

Just cannot stand it when favoritism is given to those 2 places and the 3rd of my 'Evil Triumvirate",
MI, is awarded on this sports show. All this and I actually live in IN. Imagine that. Hmmm?

But, I for one am dad gum glad MCCaffery and his great skill set is being recognized.
Most likely will not win b/c of the 'Bama back and that he is just a Sophomore but, still is
heart warming, and ESPECIALLY at the expense of the team, Suckeyes!

Ramblings of an 'o'd fert, sorry guys! This PC stuff can be put where the sun doesn't shine.
That would make for "(P)acked (C)olon", no? :)
