His new written statement given to the Senate Intelligence Committee, to whose questioning under oath he refused to submit, says "I do not recall having any discussions with the Russian Ambassador" regarding the political campaign, etc.
"I do not recall" = "Hey everyone, I'm lying." In a way calculated to preclude perjury charges if the inevitable leak comes out. What a shocker that he did not issue a categorical denial. Like Obama just did. LOL.
