Do you know how hard this is to do from a standing position? A flip with a half twist. There are some serious athletes on this team.

Very cool. That is a full twist as well as he ends up facing the same direction that he started. If the team remains injury free, they are set for quite a few years up and down the entire lineup

Cortez is going to be awesome.....He has a shot to win a couple National Championships !!!!

Dag, amazing what folks can discern from a standing flip with a twist. Next I'll be reading that most of the PSU men's gymnastic team could be NCAA wrestling champs.

+1

Glad we are all excited but can we wait until the young man beats a ranked wrestler before predicting the number of championships he's going to win? This is the kind of pressure / warped expectations that these kids don't need.

Also most of the women's gymnastics team.

Lets keep the one upping gymnastic antics for early in the offseason. I don't want to read about any broken ankles unless the author is Slush if you get my drift.....

Let's compromise.

If the video is one that shows a PSU wrestler breaking a bone, then BWI won't post it.

If the video is one that shows off the athleticism of the PSU wrestler without any harm being done, BWI will post it.

Of course I am not a moderator that can implement or enforce such a policy, but does that sound reasonable?

No, it's just the thought of these guys getting hurt horsing around and getting season ending injuries that bothers me. Kind of a risk vs. reward . I'm sure that video would be a highly viewed video on either tOSU or osu's forum. Sound reasonable...

Certainly not reasonable when the person in the video has no season to end... because he is sitting out. ;)

I won't post it. I won't post it. I won't post it.
Wow, after watching that flip and half twist, Richards from Illinois who beat out Cortez as the starter at 133 must be able to do a flip and full twist. You would think Richards would be ranked higher than #8 at 133 if he could do that. People that rank wrestlers sure don't know gymnastics criteria and watermelon crushing

Thanks for bringing up the 133# rankings, but for some reason I didn't see an Okie State representative on the list.
