Jimmy W finds a funny

Here's another funny. Freeh's memory is not so good. He now thinks his report had always been intended for public release at the same time the board received it. But when Freeh was introduced to the faculty senate in January 2012, he said he would issue a draft to the SITF for their input. And after making revisions he would submit a second draft to the SITF before issuing a final report.

And who can forget the funny during Freeh's press conference when he referred to Mike McQueary as McQuaide. He said McQuaide, then paused, apparently to correct himself, but then said McQuaide again.

But the best Freeh funny might be his argument to quash a subpoena in the PMA insurance vs. PSU lawsuit. PMA was seeking a deposition from Freeh. He argued that PSU had not waived ACP with Freeh, protecting communications between between PSU and Freeh and his investigation team. Freeh then argued that he'd only be able to testify to just the contents of his report (since it was public) but that this would constitute inadmissible hearsay.
