would prefer a more traditional approach with TE's and some pro formation, but it sound like this guy is really good at what he does. He's coached a lot of years, he's ran some good offenses, and most important to me he as been a Head Coach and should bring some stability, wisdom, and maturity to the staff.
Will be anxious to see if he can get this thing running with another guy's parts. I hope that he understands OL (has coached before) well enough that we don't end up with 3-4 play-side OL miscues... really need the OC to mesh with the OL coach moving forward.-sg
